How to create an Invoice?

1 Company Info & Branding

The left part is your control panel. This is where you insert your company's DNA.

Contact details: Enter your company name, address, email. The system will remember them for your next visit.
Logo and Stamp: You can upload the image file (.png, .jpg) of your logo at the top, and your scanned signature/stamp at the bottom of the page.
Theme selector (Colors): Choose an interface color that matches your brand (Deep Indigo, Cyan, Emerald...). The document will update in real-time.

2 Invoice or Quote? Lines and VAT

Define the purpose of your commercial document and the billed amounts.

Selector: Click "Quote" or "Invoice" to instantly adapt the document terms.
Items: Press the "Add an item" button to create new lines. Simply fill in the unit price and quantity, the math is done automatically.
VAT Rate: Set a global percentage (e.g., 20%) and watch how the Total with tax is generated accurately.

3 Live Preview

Fali.ai works with the WYSIWYG concept (What You See Is What You Get).

Right Side: The wide right column shows exactly what the paper/PDF export will look like. No need to click refresh buttons to see the final output!

4 Download (PDF / Print)

Once you are satisfied with the document, just export it.

Click the big blue button "Download PDF" at the top right.

Printer technical note

The button uses your web browser's native engine. A print window will open.
Make sure the "Destination" option is set to "Save as PDF". If not, you might print it on real paper!
Your background colors and font are systematically preserved by our strict CSS rules.
