How does the Rental CRM work?

Fleet & Vehicle Condition

Managing your fleet is the number 1 priority of a rental agency. Fali.ai gives you a global real-time view of availability.

  • Complete inventory: Add each car with its brand, model, current mileage, and license plate.
  • Live statuses: On the dashboard, you instantly see how many cars are 'Available', 'Rented', or 'In Maintenance'.
  • Maintenance tracking: The system can alert you if an oil change or technical inspection is approaching.

Driver Database

Keep an accurate file of the people you entrust a vehicle to.

  • ID Documents: Enter the Driving License and ID/Passport numbers.

Pro Tip

  • Automatic pricing: The system calculates the total price based on the number of days and the daily rate of the chosen vehicle category.

Deposits and Fines

  • Deposit tracking: Indicate whether the deposit was paid by Check, Bank Pre-auth, or Cash.
  • Traffic Fines: Quickly attach a fine received in the name of the concerned client during their rental period.
