How does the Management CRM work?

Master your business process: from adding a client to invoicing and collection, everything happens in a single, fluid interface.

Interactive Client Base

The Clients module is the heart of your business. Fali.ai centralizes all your contacts and keeps a complete history of the business relationship.

  • Quick creation: Click 'New Client'. Fill in the contact details (Name, Email, Phone, Company ID).
  • Complete file: By clicking on a client, you instantly access their history, pending quotes, and revenue.
  • Ultra-fast search: Type the first letters of the name in the search bar and results appear in real-time.
Mental preview: A table listing all your clients, with a '+' button visible at the top right.

Products/Services Catalog

Never retype your selling prices again. The Products module acts as a database to generate your invoices in a flash.

  • Add an item: Enter a reference, description, unit price without tax, and a default VAT rate.
  • Inventory management: Fali.ai allows you to (optionally) monitor physical stock levels.

Pro Tip

Keep your product descriptions fairly general if they change often. You can always edit the final description directly on the invoice right before sending.

Creating Quotes & Invoices

Turn an opportunity into a sale with the Invoicing module. You can create a document from scratch, or convert a quote to an invoice.

  • Simplified writing: Select the client (their info auto-fills), then select the products via a dropdown menu.
  • Automatic calculations: Fali handles total calculations, sub-totals, and taxes according to the applied VAT.
  • Quote -> Invoice: A 'Convert to invoice' button is present on every quote with an 'Accepted' status.

Payment Management

The sinews of war. Fali.ai includes a Payments module to closely monitor cash flow and unpaid bills.

  • Record a payment: Access the relevant invoice and link a payment (Partial or Total), specifying the payment method (Transfer, Check, Cash).
  • Financial Dashboard: The app's homepage shows your generated revenue vs collected revenue so you can spot unpaid amounts at a glance.
Mental preview: Cash flow charts on your CRM's main Dashboard.
